Is this Right ??

You still have to have the international connection that will allow good local bandwidth once capped.
e.g. You have ADSL 512. You hit the 3GB cap, and international browsing becomes complete carp. You then change IE to use their proxy server, and possibly their NameServer, and you can BROWSE internationally again.

Only BROWSE and possibly FTP. That's all that their PROXY server provides, and thats the catch, and that is exactly what they are selling. The ability to continue browsing international sites after the CAP.

PS - I don't use them, but only because I do a similar thing with a server at work.
