Is this the new Telkom?

I tried to download gpu drivers (156Mb) and free antivirus (96Mb) both downloads quit after about 15 to 18 Mb, tried several times from different machines. If this is the new Telkom then they can kiss my hairy blue ass! What's the point of giving us the speed but not letting us use it. My ISP is telkom. I think Openweb is gonna be getting a new customer!

I've never had to use a download manager before. But I will look into it. Which one would you recommend, Silverlight?

Yea i dono whatsup with telkom, if i use a download manager and download http, i get full line speed, anything else and it just stops downloading every few seconds then back up a bit then down up down up, afrihost perfect.
