IS throttling torrent bandwidth?

Hey Guys,

Just noticed that on a 30Gig local account I am only getting 11kB per torrent!

Anyone else experiencing the same thing???

Both IS and SAIX are known to throttle P2P activity including Torrents during business hours.

Ya I know. What help is that if each peer/seed sets his incoming port to 80 But since you can't do that. There aint much you can do.

Trying to download Ubuntu 8.10 (amd64 ver) via Ktorrent...what a waste of time...10K at the most. FTP is one hell of a lot quicker The only reason I used Ktorrent was because the initial iso download was corrupted at about 80% and fixing it with Ktorrent was the only way out. It would probably have been quicker if I started from scratch instead.

Strange, cause I am sitting on 10K at the most 24 /7 !!!!!!!

Last month I used to get 400K ... ALL THE TIME !!!!
