IS uncapped adsl news server access?

Heya

Does anyone else here on the IS uncapped business adsl package have access to the IS news server? i get a rejection but i thought it might be because of my reverse dns which i have changed. Thought i would find out here before lodging a service request

from what I have seen, news.is.co.za works, news.isdsl.net does not.
