Does any one here have any experience with the IS Uncapped service and preferably experience running a VPN with it?

We currently running a point to point leased line between our offices (64k), We are looking at running a VPN with IS Uncapped DSL Accounts (Allowing 256k), the costs are almost the same although on DSL nothing is guaranteed. My question is if any one is doing this and if they have had a lot of problems in regards to local bandwidth between offices, or if you only using a normal uncapped IS account if you have general bandwidth problems during the day?.
(No Break out's are allowed and therefore it is only used for intercompany communication)

Thanks for any info :)

Uncapped IS ADSL with VPN

I know of a company using IS Uncapped between three branches in SA running on a VPN.

We offer IS Uncapped ADSL Accounts with 5 static IP's.

If you need more info please do not hesitate to contact me via email at: [email protected]

Please also visit www.bitsbytes.co.za for pricing and app form for our adsl accounts.

I'd recommend to stay away from IS. International speeds are terrible most of the time and they are always having a problem with their link to New York. I almost hate them as much as Telkom...almost. ;-)

My company is on VPN with IS Uncapped DSL...I'm not that impressed. We are paying for a 512k service and only get 256k.

Well maestr0 feb should sort that out, IS are in for one hell of a upgrade with more sattelite hubs, I dunno when telkom gonna upgrade the local links tho.
