As much as I dont want to I gotta give Saix credit with their unshaped speeds compared to IS. Just bought an unshaped IS account and my torrents download slower then a shaped Saix account. My Saix unshaped account was getting over 200kb/s whereas my IS unshaped account cant even go over 12kb/s with torrents. WHy is IS unshaped so slow?

It shouldn't be slow on weekends. P2P is only throttled during business hours, as far I know.

I didn't know IS did unshaped. Where did you buy it and what price?
imagine-ips 590 incl of vat for 10gb.. its a really crap provider. you cant pay with credit card. no user control panel. email costs extra. u cant buy services online or even change anything until the next month.
