IS very slow locally

Is it just me or is IS very slow locally atm. My saix account works fine..

My Iburst is kind of sucking atm, but i think its a general problem.. only 3 lights..

EDIT: Naah its fine actually.. was a bit slow earlier, Iburst and IS share some problems, might have been a satelite thing??
