Hi Guys,
I'm having intermittent problems with a lot of international sites, and a few local sites too (mybroadband.co.za included!), just not loading at all (`Server not found' error pages). This is on a WA resold IS account.
The int'l sites not working (mostly --- they will, just to irritate me even further, occasionally work for a minute or two) include:
www.amazon.ca
www.amazon.de (while www.amazon.com and www.amazon.co.uk are working perfectly).
www.powells.com
books.google.com
This seems specific to my IS account; the same sites are fine on WA SAIX (so it can't be something like DNS settings, right?). Most local sites are OK, but mybroadband.co.za is failing to load occasionally too.
The really irritating thing is the intermittent nature of the problem, which will make logging the fault with WA difficult. Can anyone with an IS account confirm that some, or all, of the above sites are not loading? Any advice? Thanks.
