Is WOW worth it?

True, so true.... I got a month of game time over easter purely so that I could do the Noble Gardener achievements... It gets that bad

lol! I got the scroll of resurrection just so I could complete the orphan festival just needed 1/4 of one ach to complete what a long strange trip its been, and I got it (twas the cap the flag ach in wsg)

I would say its worth it been playing for 5 years if u play it in moderation I dont spend allot of time playing, raid 1 a week and then just put things on auction to make G, must say the game has got too easy from when I started for those who still remember the 40man raid lol and attunment those were the bomb.

Oh man, what fun those were. I think the last attunement i did was Kara then it got scrapped. Also been going strong since 2006 -> Now down to a more quiet 3 nights a week raiding and the occational mucking around with arenas.

Having watched the wow retrospective on GT over the weekend... I miss those wow proper days.

Sounds like you might also remember the Pre-Arena days when PVP ment going into Hillsbrad foothills and LAG your way into battle. Oh and know areas by there proper name like Strangle-Gank vale and Gank-it-zan

Yep those were the days. When pissed go work it off on the n00bs going about in strangle gank :twisted:

We also used to do sport: hunt a low level, but you were only allowed to used rifles

40 man raids took 2 to 3 weeks for us to complete and when you finally got the last boss down what an achievement bosses were damn hard then now its go in and hack and slash for 1 hour 2 at most and all the bosses are dead. Attunements were hard work kept the noobs at bay lol now 95% of the raids I go on fail cause of useless noobs that dont care to know the tactics.

haha, I remember in TBC you had to be attuned for certain raids or have a key for Kara Made things fun
