The names refer to the country code (ZA = south africa), then what was tested (P2P, HTTP etc.). Inside each JSON is an array. It has the exact same data as what is reported here http://netneutralitymap.org/.
It just uses that as a reference for the values it needs and for its API (so other people can use the same information from them without having to update it themself).


I don't think those values are very true... The values are VERY low in comparison to what most people report as their speeds.

Torrents are less ''restricted'' while NNTP is 100% ''restricted'' in South Africa.

That doesn't make any sense??
