If I want to convert an ISDN line to an ADSL line, can I just phone Telkom and ask them that?

Or should I go the fool-proof way and first convert the line back to analogue before asking to upgrade it to ADSL? Don't want to confuse Telkom, we all know that's easily managed.

I did it without a hitch. Course I had to show the guy how to remove the ISDN box - complicated procedure that it is
