Hello Guys

What are some brands of Gateways available locally to use with Asterisk please ?

Look at Patton. Sangoma also do a BRI gateway, but IIRC one of our engineers picked up some strange issue with it and replaced it with a Patton.
 
FarSouth Networks also do a Asterisk based BRI box.

They do BRI/PRI/Analog and build them to your custom needs
