ISDN ISPs

What would you guys say is the best 128K ISDN isp?

I'm looking at things like cost, average speed, shaping,international and local latency.

Im with Telkom ISP, which is a rock solid setup pretty much straight onto the SAIX backbone. But at about R110/month for 64K, its a bit pricey. But you also pay for extras you might not want like email and web hosting. Im probably moving to @Lantic in the next month or so. Theyre offering dual channel (128Kb) for R90 a month, but no extras, just access. They're also a SAIX reseller and so far I havent heard anything bad about them. Just my 2c.
