can anyone advise me of a good ISDN service provider that has no restrictions on downloads etc with regards to torrents, peer to peer etc and of course reasonable price

Telkom ISDN2A, with infinitcall. Get about 25GB permonth unshaped for about R900-00

I know Discovery Vitality had / has ISDN Access for a reasonable price the last time I checked.
