ISDN to ADSL question

Hi, getting my adsl installed any day now (hopefully) and am currently on isdn, are there any special procedures when converting to adsl from isdn? i noticed all the phones in the house go engaged when i unplug the isdn box.

Has anyone had trouble converting from isdn to adsl, and wat is the process?
 
I switched from ISDN to ADSL,after calling Telkom and telling them that I wanted to go ADSL I don't think I did anything special at all, just gave the Telkom guy that white box and got my ADSL

The only thing I didn't know about was that I neded some kind of 'filter' for my ADSL, but the techie had one with him and sold it to me
