ISDSL authentication (WA account) was fine for me 10 minutes ago. I was however having trouble reaching some local sites on IS (moneyweb for one) with bad gateway errors.
Well I received the same thing this morning and they told me they didn't receive proof of payment. My bank always sends them proof of payment. Now all of a sudden they didn't get it. They also terminated my account and sent me a new one this morning after I resend the proof to them. This is the last month I will be making use of their services. They could've looked at their bank statements...but cleary to do something like that for their existing clients of almost a year is too much to ask. I am really PISSED OFF!!!
