ISDSL ISP required for local only access

Hi

I need an ISP that can provide me with ISDSL accounts. I use these accounts for VPN purposes. I need an ISP that can allow me month to month payments (no contracts) and allow me to use the same username each month (because it's a headache to change usernames and passwords every month on multiple routers). I need 20 accounts ASAP.

Any recommendations/ suggestions

I can get a 2GB IS account with 28GBs of local access for R171 from openweb.

Thats like R5.7 per GB
