Cute. Over a MONTH and i'm still waiting for my Fibre link, and it looks like it was installed in the wrong building... but no one really knows because its one big mystery it seems and in 3 days still no one can just ask the guy who installed it what happened....

So you may want to REMOVE the "must be enabled to easily control".. because its everything but easy.
 
BEWARE OF IS/IGNITE !!!!

I rescued this profile just to say something about IS Ignite.

Waste of time company. Terrible customer service. Trying to get a fixed IP for my fibre line took 5 months of back and forth correspondence and going though about 7 different employees with their totally different answers to each other. The amount of effort it took to get this to happen I cannot under estimate. It was the bane of my life. I was even asked to submit the cisco routing required for the technician to pass on. Seriously? I must route their own router for them? Customers are not even allowed access into those routers.

And that's not the end of the story. Upon trying to upgrade our line from 10mbps to 30mbps we signed forms two and a half months ago and we have been paying the upgraded price. We are still on 10mbps. The account manager does not answer my calls or emails. We are informing our lawyer and we will be finding a way out of this contract.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
 
The worst ISP to deal with. Its impossible to get to any support or account staff. And make no mistake you will get double debbited and ignored if you phone or email them to refund you.

Yup and it must've only gotten worse when they retrenched 200 of their staff.
 
Was just looking for them to understand why they refuse to reply to my emails! Now I get it. Absolutely NO contact from them.

Fortunately I was trying hard to buy! Now I've found this (and having not got a reply to several emails for weeks and weeks) - I agree, best to stay away!
 
I was looking at getting cellc 50gb fixed lte from them. they offered the best deal for the free router (free after 6months). now mweb is my next bet (free after 12 months)
 
So, almost 2 years ago IS Ignite tried to install Fibre in our offices. After 4 times of failing to do so (other providers were fine) I asked them to just cancel everything as we had no Fibre after 4 months...

I never heard from them again until yesterday. They debited our company account for R2945 for monthly Fibre costs.... :(

That company is the biggest joke ever made. They don't reply to their emails either and the last email address I tried for their accounts dept just bounces from an IS mail server.
