Is anybody using Isoho.st? Our windows servers will now and then just switch off, every-time after 4:00 AM. Logging fault on their site, no feedback. Their phone rings but voice says the line is busy.

Very happy with the servers, but support is just missing.....

We are here. I'm not sure what is wrong with our phone line or why your support ticket got missed. I'll need to look into that. In the meantime, I'll PM you a direct cell number you can call.

We have been investigating a problem with one of our hypervisors crashing periodically at around the time you mention. It is possible that your VM is one of those affected.
