You asked a simple question, not being pedantic, but if you go with CW as I am and I recommend them. PLEASE read the faqs or better yet hop onto their chat line and discuss what you want and how you want it ( sounds a bit like a porn movie ) why I say that, is that they can then suggest the best package for your requirements.
Most people come with a x Mb/S line that the want to pump at that x Mb/s 24/7 and complain when it is politely inferred via shaping that it is not going to happen.
Bottom Line, choose a product that suites your requirements!

Patrick, CW misinform people all the time.
Their site was and still is false advertising.
This has been brought up many times in their feedback thread.
Even when I had issues I was told that no form of shaping was occurring despite me proving the exact opposite with valid proof.
