I know its common knowledge for most people, but for me not so much.
So lets make a list. I will edit this post as it happens.

Sat 3
-SAIX
---Telkom
---Webafrica
---Cybersmart
---Imagine - Business
---Axxess - Secondary
---OpenWeb - Secondary

Seacom
-IS
---Afrihost
---Imagine (Residential)
---Axxess - Primary
---OpenWeb - Primary

Mweb is not IS. It is on its own network.

And IS and Seacom are not the same thing. I think your headings should be,

Sat 3
-SAIX
---ISP name

Seacom
-IS
---ISP name.

I am fairly sure all of SAIX is still on sat3, someone correct me if I am wrong.

Done and now need to carry on with the lists..
Anyone :)

Axxess and OpenWeb - mostly IS. They have some local SAIX packages. Not sure about international.
Cybersmart - SAIX

Imagine - IS (maybe they have some SAIX packages as well).
EDIT: Looks like all their residential packages are IS.

Axxess has a 'Pro' package which is unshaped international, and there is a choice of SAIX (and ultimately SAT3) or IS (and Seacom).
I checked the Imagine website and it doesn't look like they have SAIX at all, but they do have IS Satellite.
