ISP Billing and infrastructure

Can anyone recommend to me what software can I use for ISP billing and infrastructure? Must have reseller capabilities.

The one Axxess.co.za uses is really good, if anyone knows which base have they taken it from?

We've made our own billing platform as it's customisable.

We do hosting so slightly different to ADSL as in no carry over data etc. but accounting basics remain.

Yeah - what are you looking to acheive?

I've found that most billing software does not suit the oddities of the South African model and so we've created our own.
