ISP, decisions decisions

So I'm upgraging my line to fastest dsl, hoping to get 10 Mbps service.

Anyhoo, was on mweb 384 k unshaped. no problems experienced besides the fact that it is 384 k.

I've read most of the posts and its confusing.
Can anyone create a pro's and cons for each isp as this will.be much.more helpful and then write a short conclusion on those findings.
I believe this will be quite helpful in choosin a new isp for all.

I take it you won't be going to 4meg unshaped as it is extremely expensive. I say go to openweb GOLD. Just request that they don't put you on the MWEB backbone. MWEB are out of capacity at the moment.
