Most of the talk on here seems to be about residential ISPs and solutions.
This question is about the best place for business/enterprise hosting.

What we currently have:
We currently have 2 * 4-4Mb bonded solutions, so in theory, 2 * 16Mb solutions, 1 in Jhb and 1 on PTA. Our area doesn't have fibre so we only get about 10Mb transfer down and 1.2mb up.

We are currently contracted with MWeb, Gold customer, who handle our connection and manage our lines instead of Telkom. 3 WEEKS ago i applied for a second domain to be hosted at MWeb that would point to our internal servers. It's an existing domain being hosted elsewhere that i wanted to transfer.
Up until now, MWeb have been unable to help with setting up the new hosting on their Nameservers so that i can transfer DNS to point to the same place as our current domain. 3 WEEKS!!! As far as i know, it is just a case of setting up an SOA record(?) on thier Nameservers and then adding A Records to point to our internal servers? Then i just switch the DNS to point at MWeb's Nameservers, correct?

Does anyone have any solution of where we can move our contracts to, because i am now sick of being shifted between departments within Mweb. Obviously the price has to be reasonable with a company that can handle bonded solutions.

Thanks

Anyone?
You guys that work for Medium/Large companies, who does your hosting? Can't you recommend someone.
I checked out Afrihost, but they only support single-line installations. This is our Head Office connection so it needs to be able to handle decent traffic, so a single 4Mb line isn't going to cut it.

Thanks
