Take it with a pinch of salt and readup on things instead of judging from the outside
I know Hellopeter went to **** long time ago but you see that 4.6 there and a 1.52 on Hellopeter, now you would ideally suspect to see the same rating from all sites but thats not the case. Both are decent companies
The internet can be a horrible place for a company i ran an online store so i saw first hand how brutal people can be and how quickly people will be rude about your company and bash you... I had a woman complain she bought 2 items and got 1 free sample (1 sample per order) that was not even mentioned she called and complained she ordered 2 items so she wants her second sample and she started arguing with me...

The service industry is a tough gig, even if you are very well intended you are never going to please a 100% of the people a 100% of the time. Some are such a hassle that sometimes it’s better to let them go and not have them as a customer.

Fully agree with you on this one, Home-Connet are a scam. The 4.1 rating measured against the huge number of negative comments just doesnt add up.
