ISP graphs show the split between local and international traffic

Interesting!
Local CDNs and the Netflix node is at napafrica right?

It would be interesting to see how other ISP's fair if they willing to share their data and how shaping / throttling come into play when they start pushing serious traffic.

What you will never see are IPC traffic graphs. That's the most expensive piece of their infrastructure, and the one that causes the throttling/shaping requirement.

Just signed up with Cool Ideas, and will be getting my fibre connection in 2 months time. Am also taking their Voip solution with call costs about a third on landline and a quarter on cell, compared to Telkom.

I cut monochoice out of our lives 3 years ago and now it's the turn of Telskum. I am one happy camper!

Glad to see some positive response to this :).

Yeah Netflix is there as well as Google, which is the majority of our traffic via NAP.
