ISP in PMB area?

Hi guys

Anyone have good experiences with ISP's in PMB, specifically the Montrose area?

I currently have Telkom Internet and look, I don't mind data shaping, but geeeez! The internet here is nonexistant during normal office hours, and for some reason I can only download torrents from South African peers...

Any suggestions? I feel like Telkom has seen the last of me...
