I am looking to venture into reselling some specific products like web hosting and others. Not really looking at ADSL as its already saturated market and theres lot of price war flicking around.

I target specifically starts ups, small business and medium business. Do you think its worth it for one to venture into such market or they should come up with some sort innovative products?

Very saturated. If you have some niche saas product or other service, that would possibly work.
