ISP Migration handling

I have looked in vain for an ISP that offers to handle the migration process from end to end . I want to move away from useless Telkom fibre ( openserve ) , but dread handling the process of migrating to eg Cool Ideas., or Afrihost.
All they offer is call centre agents who provide guidance from answer sheets, but no one offers a service that does it all : I buy their product , they cancel my Telkom Service, get the openserve line released , hook me up with their service, send router.
I am prepared to pay extra for this

Unfortunately that is just not possible as we are not the account holder Telkom will not accept such requests from 3rd parties.

Once you have the cancellation loaded with Telkom and have a date that your service will be terminated I can assist with getting you connected on Afrihost.

If you are with Openserve and Telkom releases your line then your new ISP will do exactly as you require with the migration.

My migration to Cool Ideas (on Openserve) is on day 4 now... Apparently Openserve need to configure the line? Hoping that PBCool can assist ;-)
