Have Vox / Frogfoot.

MTU has been 1480 for a couple of years - working perfectly.
Over the last couple of days have noticed that some sites do not work.
Checked optimal MTU again - sitting at 1453 this morning. Set it to that and everything was working again.
Couple of hours later, sites not working again - rinse repeat MTU optimisation, now at 1424???

Anyone else having this issue?

@jolab I am so glad to see this. I am having the same issue on the Vodacom Fibre network.

I.e. I can't access any websites when I am connected to a cloud VPN (for work) via Pritunl. I had to manually update my OpenVPN configs to utilise an MTU of 1300. This worked for a while, but today everything stopped working once more.

I also had to change my MTU settings (on my router to 1436) when I joined Cool Ideas (with Vodacom Fibre as my network), but for some reason this past week everything is just bailing on me.

This is very frustrating, seeing as I have to change to my mobile internet to actually get some work done.

I have also noticed that when I set my paid VPN service (Mullvad - Should be the same with other services like Nord/Express/etc) to make use of UDP over TCP, nothing works. It's almost as if they are blocking all UDP traffic.

Frustrating - this morning it's all over the place again
