Uncapped ISP ratings per category

I want to do a little statistical analysis thing here...

I want to assign a score out of 10 for every service type (PER time of day) per ISP, and then work it back to a median percentage. Thereby reaching a final % score per service type, per time of day, per ISP. (Don't worry if this sentence doesn't make a ton of sense yet, it will when the results start coming in and it's displayed in graph form)

Can you guys please do me a favour? Fill out the following and post it here as a reply. I'll feed all the data into my master spreadsheet and update the OP once I have enough sample data, and then keep it updated.

When assigning a score, consider only your experience from October 1st, 2013 onwards.

If you are at multiple ISP's, please do submit a reply for each, if you don't mind.

Already factoring price in by combining the ISP, package type, and speed You'd be surprised how popular the Afrihost Business accounts are for home users these days, hey.

Very low speed, Full line speed, Somewhere in the middle would be the 3 options I would have used.

Yes and no. It all depends on the sample size. With a big enough sample, you get accurate enough medians on a 1-10 scale. Bear in mind that the end results group the "fringes" (0-3, 4-6, 7-10).
