As I understand it, the guys at Axxess are under the whip at the moment, given Telkrap's shenanigans and what seems to be deliberate sabotage of the ISP business model. They're all therefore extremely busy with alternative measures designed to ensure sustainability of the service and assured delivery for their client base - sure, it's not good that their communication with the client base has suffered, but I for one am prepared to compromise somewhat, in anticipation of a superior offering in the light of past experience...
