ISP Requierd Tokai CT

Hi all,

I need an ISP for a client in Tokai, Cape Town, to supply the following.

order / Install ADSL line,
Supply / activate ADSL account
Register / host a Domain
Supply domain Mail service

Any takers?
I would rather not use Telkom []

We have just installed for a client in Tokai, using sybaweb as the ISP although we supplied hardware and did the setup ourselves.
