I was thinking all of us use internet quite extensively, why not give our ISPs suggestions to improve their offering to make it more suitable to us.
I have two suggestions for Afrihost:
1) Create a widget as part of the Clientzone app, which will allow me to see all my balances on my home screen without opening the app. This way I can manage spending better.
2) Many of us get MTN data as part of the MTN contract, and then buy additional data through Afrihost to top it up. It is an inconvenience however to always have to change the APN. Afrihost needs to enter into negotiations with MTN to remove this inconvenience on their side, such that there is no involvement required by the client. This means that they must integrate the MTN data onto their afrihost data allowance, so a single APN can be used.
