ISP switch from mweb to afrihost

Hello we decided to switch ISPs from mweb to Afrihost pure fibre we got the router delivered the line is supposed to be released but we don't know if its a mweb thing or @Frogfoot Fibre help will be great thanks @Afrigirl @AfriFella
