Hey all,
So not sure if there are too many legally inclined people on this forum but i figured i'd just give it a try. So when we sign up with an ISP we signed the T&C's and send them back.
My question is what happens if those T&C's change whilst you are a subscriber? Are you bound by the new conditions or only the ones you consented to?
Similarly with many ISP's you can sign off for additional services over the phone which may be new i.e. T&C's for this services were not part of the original ones you signed when joining. So without the ISP informing you are you also bound the new T&C's of the service subscribed over the phone since there was no reference on their part of new inclusions? Thanks

Your T&C's are bound to company policies, policies may be amended or revised, that should be known in your T&C's. Do note that policies are not law, but in line with operations (or internal politics :p ). Yes, do read your T&C's, but you are correct that they should provide you with notice (date and revision) when anything changed to which you agreed upon.

Usually they put in the T&C's that they could change at any time, and you are expected to follow them - I think :D
