ISP to install ADSL Lines True or Not?

:eek: I heard a roomer the ISP can now install ADSL Lines into new client’s houses is this true? Apparently we do not need to use Telkom anymore.
 
Sort of, you can let a 3rd party (not nes a ISP) to do it on your behalf and they deal with Telskum.
