ISPAfrika: Painless and efficient

Shoutout to ISPAfrika who made my transition to Fibre an absolute pleasure.

Order placed late on a Friday (27 January) - everything installed and up and running by the 11th of February.

Weekend support (online ticket system, email and direct phone calls) was excellent in helping me iron out a couple of kinks on the Saturday and Sunday and they sent a fellow around to do onsite troubleshooting today. Everything sorted and running like a dream.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and a pleasure to deal with.

Very good choice on the Openserve network and great value for money.Will definitely be going with them in the near future.

Bump.

Something with their routing is broken and we can't access many akamai-hosted sites, most notably Steam and eBay. Tested a couple of others like Adobe and the same issue. Works fine if we use another network such as our Vodacom connections on our phones, so definitely their issue.

Logged a ticket, tried to call them a few times, nada. Phone just rings and tickets go unacknowledged. So definitely not painless weekend support in our case.
