Shoutout to ISPAfrika who made my transition to Fibre an absolute pleasure.
Order placed late on a Friday (27 January) - everything installed and up and running by the 11th of February.
Weekend support (online ticket system, email and direct phone calls) was excellent in helping me iron out a couple of kinks on the Saturday and Sunday and they sent a fellow around to do onsite troubleshooting today. Everything sorted and running like a dream.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend and a pleasure to deal with.
