I've applied for 384 -> 4meg but only sync at 1meg. Anyone know of any other ISP's that offer something like the Axxess 1024 uncapped account? Preferably not IS their 20%/50% shaping is an abomination.

Also, when 2 concurrent connections are allowed by an ISP .. can one share a 4meg account where I get 1meg and the other party 3meg? Just thinking ..
