Israeli Elections

The Arabs didn't decide to leave though. Kind of the entire point of this. Hence they have a word for it, the Nakba.
Revisionist nonsense.
Both sides committed similar amount of forces in the 6 day war but people love to talk about totals to build up the myth.
I was talking post 1948, not as far as 1967 you schmuck. Try again, like the day Israel gained it's Independence and 5 Arab countries decided to attack it.

^^
I'll respond appropriately in due course, but first YOU need to go and avail yourself of some FACTUAL history on the matter, before I even entertain your nonsense, and prove that you've done it by revising those absurd claims.

Oh here we go... The resident G-d is going to tell us.

No you are going to, and not from your Saladin loving social media sites.
OK, here's the CIA's assessment of Arab forces a month before the war..

Israeli planning is based on a short war, conducted by ground forces with air cover. If this assumption should prove wrong, Israel might well be in trouble, since the Arabs’ quantitative superiority would come into play. At M+48 hours, for example, Israel would have 280,000 men vs. the Arabs’ 117,000 deployed in the vicinity of the Israeli borders. But the total strength of the Arab armies is nearly 500,000, vs. the same 280,000 on the Israeli side.

Then you can buy this book, from Kenneth M. Pollack. Former Persian Gulf CIA military analyst and Director for Persian Gulf Affairs at the National Security Council.

Where he determines that Israel fielded ~255k, vs the Arabs' Armies ~210k.

Then you can buy this book from prolific military historian US Colonel Trevor N. Dupuy.

He determines Israel fielded 250-270k, vs the Arabs fielding 180-205k and explicitly makes a point about the Arab theoretical force of ~450k not being possible due to logistics.

Top Arab leader says he's ready to support opposition bloc, urges Eisenkot to “be brave”

A top Arab political leader said he is prepared to help the opposition bloc led by Gadi Eisenkot form a minority government in order to oust Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

“If they want us to help, we will be there in order to help,” Ahmad Tibi, the head of the Joint List’s bloc, told CNN in an interview. “We want to support the candidate of the opposition. It is important. It should be done.”
Tibi said his coalition is not looking to join an Eisenkot-led government and would not be seeking any ministerships. He said their only demand is that the next government commits to combating crime impacting the Arab community and stop the demolition of Bedouin homes, which have risen under Netanyahu’s government.

Tibi’s Joint List and Raam, another Arab-majority party, are projected to win a record 19 seats in Israel’s 120-seat parliament after Palestinian citizens of Israel turned out in record numbers – nearly 80% – to vote on Wednesday.

Major opposition parties have ruled out forming a government with the Arab parties, but their political support from outside could provide Eisenkot with the tacit support he needs to form a minority government.

Tibi said doing so will require Eisenkot and his coalition to “be brave” in the face of Netanyahu’s condemnation of any attempt to form a government with the help of Israel’s Arab parties.
Tibi said he has received hundreds of calls and messages since the initial exit polls came out, including from a “significant figure” in the opposition bloc, although not from Eisenkot himself.

He said he conveyed a message that the Joint List is “ready” and “willing” to help pave the way for a different government but stressed it would only be possible if “they are brave” enough to do it.

I'm sure iran's lunatics where bombing israel way before israel was bombing them. iran's lunatics stay in power by using live ammo on its people.
Or using other peoples live ammo if they are creative enough. You just need to make other people mad enough to shoot at them for you.

Refreshing to see a decent percentage of the Israeli population is tired of Netanyahu and his antics. There must be far better ways to handle Hamas and other external threats. Hopefully Americans trim Trump's powers next month to help de-escalate hostilities in the region. Before anyone points fingers, no I couldn't care less about Iranian government.

Fukc that, fool if he's that desperate... he may as well hand himself over to Hamas.

i'm compelled to ask - is your opinion the same towards the swathes of isreali's who voted in favour of the opposition - also desperate fools ?
It’s 11 a.m. in Jerusalem and more than 70% of the vote has been counted. Here’s the current projections based on the ballots tallied so far:

  • Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s right-wing bloc is set to take 54 seats.
  • The opposition bloc, led by Gadi Eisenkot, now has 47 seats.

Imagine Andile saying white people shouldn't be allowed to vote as it presents an existential threat 🤷‍♂️

Still trying to pretend Israel isn't a democracy.

We have Malema saying white people don't even belong in South Africa. Does that mean we are not a democracy?

Earlier this month, the Israeli Supreme Court unanimously overturned a ruling by the electoral commission to ban two Arab parties from contesting the elections. The highest court in Israel literally upholding democracy but don't let that stop the narrative.

I see you also never responded to me pointing out the blatant lies in one of your X posts from yesterday.
