The connection is constantly fluctuating, this started yesterday. Is there is any1 in the area having the same issues? Normally the connection is very stable, so hopefully this is a minor issue.

Is your base station vanishing and reappearing - Transmission - could also mean a lot more people are connected to your base station have you tried to purchase a 3G antenna
 
i dont think i need an antenna really. For the past 2 months the connection has been super solid, infact i can get it down to about -77 but it doesnt help. What iv have noticed is everytime i spoke on teamspeak or mumble the connection would spike for the time i spoke. Which is very weird nothing has changed on my computer or connection.
