Issue logging into iBurst website

Anyone else experiencing issues logging in via account name to the iBurst site? Haven't been able to login since yesterday.

In addition, anyone had an experience where bandwidth usgae increased dramatically over a one day period (from a couple of hundred meg to a sudden 1.3Gig). I find this disconcerting especially in light of the fact that neither the wife or I were home and the PC and notebook were both turned off.

Needless to say, Help(less)Desk have so far ignored my request for clarity.

Still cannot login and they have now effectively cut us off as the cap has now been reached.

Update: Seems the username that is used to login to the site is different from the UN used to connect the modem (mine is still username@wbs.co.za, but to login in to the site is username@iburst.co.za). :wtf:

The realm does not matter on network auth (you can use anything as username, password and UTID is used). On the website you need to use the realm @iburst.co.za.
