Sometime in October/November there was an issue with my account where 2GB Recurring got added to my bill - after various back and forth, I thought this was resolved in December/January... part of this was a "data bundle" that got added to my account to say "sorry for inconvenience."

I thought that would have finally ended this month, but I just checked and I have 2.8GB of data... and its a bit confusing:
Recurring monthly 0.83GB 01 Apr 2016
Recurring monthly 2GB 01 May 2016

I'm not currently paying for this?

I really do not what to go through customer care as they have yet to respond with help.

1.) I'm not paying for these bundles (i.e. they're not being billed)
2.) I don't want reoccurring data.
3.) I don't want Vodacom to realise there has been some mistake and somehow inflate my bill by OOB rates

(I have a topup contract which currently has a balance of R1,500 because I'm not buying data)

If you want me to remove it for you, then PM me your number and ID number (for authentication purposes)

This man should receive a bonus salary from Vodacom since he does all this work for them. :p

Hi there. I have had a look on your line. MyMeg 0 is active on your line which means that you should not have a extra 2gig on your line. I have logged a call with IT for them to have a look on the backend systems. Will revert with feedback once received.

Tx - not sure if its possible to see the name of the guy that was assisting with the initial issue, maybe he knows whats going on, because at the time they were switching between a once off bundle and a reoccurring - and eventually said they were loading a once off bundle... and I thought that expired yesterday.
