Issues in Mowbray (Telkom)

Hi All

first of all this issue has been reported several times several years ago, and I find it hard to believe that Telkom has done nothing about it.

The issue is, is that doing the day the internet is fine. I can browse and stream, and do things as I normally would.
But when the Evening hits, after 5pm, and even now at just after 9:30 it is still bad.

It would appear, that I am currently on the RONDEBOSCH (WRBS) exchange.

Any advice?

Know someone in the area with same issues
She reckon when the students return, the exchange takes strain - which is about now ;-)
