Issues not being resolved

Hi

I seem to be having an issue with my fibre. I keep having a blinking red light on LOS since Wednesday om my VUMA fibrebox.

I have raised the issue with Afrihost and since then nothing has been done. they keep saying they are waiting for feedback from VUMA and that it takes 24-48 hours.

The issue has been escalated multiple times and after being promised a call from VUMA still nothing. now the WA team have escalated the issue again and say that i need to wait for VUMA for a further 24-48h

if anybody from the Afrihost my Broadband team can please assist. @AfriGuy @Afrigirl

I have requested Vuma for Feedback. With a fault of this kind, they may need to send a technician.
They will contact you to confirm availability

any idea how long it will be before the contact me? as mentioned previously it has been more that 48h?

does technicians do call outs over the weekend?
