Issues with Overwatch and Valorant

Hiya there, im having issues when playing games such as Overwatch and Valorant. I often get these 1-2 second long lag outs (around 30-50 times per game) where nothing happens on my screen for a second then it comes back while my ping spikes to 500ms and my packet loss to 100%. Im not sure if the culprit is my isp (Afrihost/Frogfoot) or the actual game but i have a ping plotter test to show.

I've had the same playing Diablo3 (CoolIdeas) recently, although only once an hour or so. It hasn't been bad enough on my side that I've done any ping tests though.
