We require an IT Engineer with strong Linux and Networking skills to join our vibrant IT Infrastructure team
The ideal candidate must be in the possession of a valid driver's license and have their own reliable transport.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification essential
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a similar role
Technical qualification, A+, N+, MCSE
MCTS, LINUX + / LPIC.
CCNA and Security+ would be advantageous.
Excellent understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Skills Required
Initiative
Understanding of TCP/IP
Excellent understanding of the OSI model
Strong Problem solving & Analytical skills
Ability to multitask
Technical understanding of IT infrastructures
Good knowledge of PC's and fault finding
Integrity
Interpersonal skills
Teamwork
Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
