Our small business is based in Johannesburg Northern Suburbs. We’re looking for an entrepreneur who is willing to start at the bottom and work their way up. Formal qualifications not necessary but must have strong IT knowledge and experience. Must have own transport. The following skills are minimum requirements:

• Microsoft Excel and VBA - Advanced
• Microsoft Access – Advanced
• Photoshop – Advanced
• Indesign – Intermediate
• Web design and scripting – Intermediate

I agree and this usually doesn't end well for the "entrepreneur".
Totally wrong choice of word as well. Entrepreneurs usually work for themselves

InDesign is used for doing magazines. Well for those few who can't stand Corel Designer.

Well well we use Excel for simple spreadsheets.... DB of choice these days is PostgreSQL
The requirements remind me of jobs on offer around 2001-2002 thereabouts.
