Is there any jobs available for IT "starters" young white men starting out a career? (This is not a racist question, I have some young guys, looking to start)

Check Gumtree and a couple of geography based groups on Facebook.

I have asked many of these people looking for work to send me a CV and they have not responded. Seems people are not really looking.

Now that is a shame. If I was looking for work, really looking, I'd be sure to check in at least twice a day to all the sites I signed up or asked.
