We are seeking an experienced Business Objects Report Writer with the maturity to communicate with senior stakeholders and take responsibility for the full development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
•Lead all aspects of report delivery and support
•Gather reporting requirements and developing reports
•Administration of Business Objects including ongoing report optimization analysis and remediation, system performance checks & optimization
Experience and Requirements
•Business Objects report writing
•Analytics background (experience working with complex data structures)
•Telecoms experience would be an advantage (but not a pre-requisite)
•BMC Remedy ITSM Experience
•Experience in creating objects within the BO Universes
•Experience with operational analysis and improvement initiatives as part of ongoing and continuous service improvement initiatives – a self-starter.
•Attention to detail with a strong desire to learn - both technical and business skills.
•Demonstrate a thorough understanding of SDLC methodology for technology projects, and should, as an individual, be able to manage deliverables from design to delivery.
•Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods if needed.
•Able to work under severe pressure
•Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
•Proven team player and team builder
